
Dr. Shore began her medical education at Maulana Azad Medical College in Delhi, India followed by training in cardiovascular disease at Emory University, Atlanta and a fellowship in Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplantation at the University of Pennsylvania. She moved to Ann Arbor in 2018 and is currently a practicing heart failure and transplant cardiologist at the University of Michigan. She is an outcomes researcher with a primary focus on issues around appropriate therapy use in patients with cardiovascular disease, particularly with congestive heart failure. Her prior work has examined contemporary practice patterns with cardiovascular therapies in patients with heart failure. Dr. Shore’s current area of interest is in understanding medical decision making in patients with end stage heart failure.
