A new special report summarizes selected interventions to reduce racial/ethnic disparities in prevention and treatment and review social determinants of health and the determinants of racial/ethnic disparities in care. The report reviews these selected interventions because these interventions hold the promise of reducing racial/ethnic disparities in stroke death rates.
